Terms & Conditions.
Definitions.
"we", "us", "our" shall mean Cheapest Windscreens, "you", "your", "yourself" shall mean the person or business set out in the invoice/receipt.
Nature of the terms.
You acknowledge that the services will be provided to you on the terms and at the price refered to on the invoice/receipt and that these terms shall govern the agreement between you and us for the provision of the service.
The Service.
1. We shall perform, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement the repair and/or replacement of vehicle glass.
2. Our contract is with you the?driver or owner of the vehicle. You agree to pay us the amount specified on the invoice/receipt.
3. You aggree (where appropriate) to promplty supply us with such information and assistants as we may reasonable request to assist us in the provision of the service. If?you fail to do so or provide us with information that is inaccurate or incomplete, we can not be held liable for any delay, cost or other consequence that may arise.

Payment.
1. In return for the provision by us of the service, you agree to pay to us as specified on the invoice/receipt, together with the VAT?at the prevailing rate. If you or the company who owns the vehicle is registered for VAT, the VAT element of your bill is payable at the time of completion of your job unless we agree to invoice you separately.
2. Payments should be made by Cash, Cheque or Debit/Credit card immediatley on provision of the service, unless credit facilities have been agreed by us, in which case payment should be made within 30 days of provision of the service.?Payment will be processed upon receipt by us.
3. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should payment fail to be made resulting in a court summons, such administration fee to be in addition to legal costs and interest.?
4. If you have comprehensive car insurance you may be liable for the first portion of your claim (the ?excess?). The exact amount of the excess will be specified in your insurance policy. Unless you have already paid the excess to us, you must pay the excess at the time of completion of the vehicle glass repair and / or the vehicle glass replacement.
5. If you and your insurer or account operator have authorised us to do so we will seek payment of our fee directly from your insurer or account operator on your behalf and you hereby authorise us to do so. If, for what ever reason (including, for example, where we have indicated to you on behalf of the insurer that your claim will be paid by the insurer) your insurer or account operator refuses to pay, you will be liable for our fee.
Risk/ Title.
1. Ownership of replacements shall not pass to you untill you have paid in full.
2. Untill ownership has passed to you, you must hold replacement on trust for us and not destroy or obstruct any identifying marks on the replacement.
3. You may sell the Replacement before ownership has passed on to you only if you hold part of the proceeds of sale equal to the amount you owe us on our behalf and account to us accordingly.
4. We shall be entitled to recover payment for replacements that ownership has not passed from us.
5. You grant us an irrevocable licence at any time to enter any premises where the replacements are or may be stored in order to inspect them, or where your right to possesion has been terminated, to recover them.
Liability.
1. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which may suffer as a result of relying on our advice or recommendations, unless we have materially breached these terms or acted with gross negligence in providing such advice or recommendations, in which case our liability will be limited to the value of the service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, caused by any such breach of contract or negligence.
Warranty.
1. All automotive glass replacements carry a 1 year warranty covering installation and workmanship, including leakage
2. All laminated windscreen repairs are quality certified to BS AU 242 and carry a 1 year warranty covering failure of our repair for any reason other than further impact.
3. To make a warranty claim please call 0800 028 6122 to enable us to recitfy our service. We will NOT be held liable for the cost of third parties rectifying our services.
Miscellaneous.
1.These terms, together with the Invoice/receipt, contain the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the service and may not be modified unless you and we both agree to do so in writing.
2.If any of these terms or part thereof shall be void for whatever reason, the offending words shall be deemed deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
